They came out really well. Crispy and well cooked —the way I prefer turkey wings. Oven baked at 325° F for 2.5 hrs. They were a little pricey, however. 10 bucks apiece, but big. For scale, they are on a very large serving platter. They make it look like a dinner plate!

I cook them low and slow for a long long time to tenderize them. Then I freeze them. Then I fry them.
