To store I ensured the pancakes cooled completely, wrapped them in baking paper, stacked them all into a bag, and put them in the freezer. When I want to eat them in the morning I pop a couple in the toaster for a few minutes, (with the frozen setting if you have it), then add fruit and maple syrup after!

Would love the recipe for this!
I used this [recipe](https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/24530/buttermilk-pancakes-ii/) for the buttermilk pancakes and added in a few scoops of PhD Diet Whey vanilla protein powder!
