Hello fresh Broccoli rant, but does anyone else remember the precut packaged broccoli we used to get? I understand that it’s fresh and all but, it is excessive and ends up being more work in the long run by having to prep it when half of it ends up in the trash because there is simply so much of it.

    You throw half in the trash? That’s crazy. Roast the rest in the oven and eat it. Or put the florets in the freezer for later.

    Never seen anyone complain about a meal kit ingredient being too big!
