Anyone heard of Ligos before. How are they?
Excited to try the eel too.

    Better start making some rice! Ligo is a brand from the Philippines. They usually use some pretty thicc deens, though I haven’t tried them in a can that small (so unsure if they use smaller fish, or just less of the bigger ones).

    I have not had that brand of roasted eel, however it’s so good on some warm short-grain rice 😀
