    I ran out of red sauce, so this is a buttered pasta meal. I made the [meatballs](https://www.reddit.com/r/drunkencookery/comments/1jsj6ex/made_meatballs_with_mash_and_greenbeans/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button) a couple of days ago and had a few left over. The pasta is bucatini, cooked al dente. I fried some fresh garlic in olive oil until it was slightly browned, then added about half a stick of butter. Once the butter melted, I added some crushed red pepper and the pasta. I mixed it up and then added fresh parsley. I wanted to add parm to the mix as well, but I forgot, so it was added after I plated. This was so delicious that I think I like it better than red sauce and will make it again tomorrow with the remaining meatballs.
