Very first loaf! I think it came out pretty well. Took 3 weeks of getting my starter to stay alive. Used 150g of starter, 325g of water, 500g of bread flour 10g of salt.
Covered on counter for one hour. Four sets of stretch and folds. Left on counter 4-6 hours. Shaped and cold proofed over night. Baked at 450° 25 minutes covered and then 20 minutes uncovered. Rested 2 hours before cutting. Any tips or advice on my second loaf?
