These are five meals I use to make for myself after a long shift in a professional kitchen. They are easy and quick to make, don’t use too many dishes and have minimal leftovers.

Pro tip with canned tuna, cheapest tuna in the supermarket in spring water, drain, then marinate in high quality olive oil for a few hours = 90 percent the same as most expensive tuna in the supermarket (and probably healthier as the cheap stuff is the low mercury type)
Someone explain the parmesan joke 17:07
Poached chicken is always so juicy and tender. Makes lovely chicken and stuffing sandwiches and Coronation chicken is sublime with poached chicken.
You make cooking look so easy 😍😍
Peanut butter, soy sauce plus actual chilli on the ramen. Let me try your ramen version.
Your kindness eminates from you andy, its magnetic. Thanks for the good recipes each time ❤
Odd numbers of things are considered dynamic visually and even number of things are considered static.
I make the prawn dish all the time.
I use basil rather than parsley. Can also cut up some broccolini and toss that through. Also nice with some toasted garlic bread crumbs through it. Add some texture 👌
We used to crunch up the dried noodles in the package. Poor the spice mix in it, shake a bit, and eat it out of the bag, like a bag of chips
I just made the ramen. I thought I knew what to expect it blew my mind. Another go(o)d recipe Andy!
would love more of these easy dinners!
go the internet, giving guys like Barry a voice. Hey babe
I lost count how many dishes and tools were used to make that beef quesadilla. Cleaning all those dishes is the last thing I want after a long day at work
PLANE!
washing in the rice cooker bowl itself can (supposedly!) scratch the coating, so consider using a separate bowl.
Incredibly juicy and flavorful!
i like to imagine i would eat like that if i had money 😀
Does anyone actually like tinned tuna? It's like eating flavoured paper mache
Your website for recipes isn't working
Andy,you rock!
I dont mind poached chicken. Im not sure about poached chicken with skin.
The new video style is good, but it really just reminds me of every TV cooking show, which isn't really why I tune in to your vids 😢
Damn this actually makes me excited to cook
i’m tellin ya, if you have someone over and want to wake them up with some perfect fucking hangover food, the beef quesadilla is perfect. it has it all
can i do the chicken dish without a rice cooker? do i use the same ratio of water to rice in a simple pot?
thanks 🙂
1 month later, a "jump ahead" button appears when we get to the salad part 😂😂
Leaving the skin on goes against everything I've learnt about cooking, but I'm definitely going to try the Rice Cooker Chicken!
Hello Hi, yep, grew up in the late 80s and we used to pour the ramen seasoning in the bag, smash up the noodles and eat them dry from the bag. Fed me most days as a kid outside all day in the summer LOL. Thanks for bringing that memory back !!!
For the chicken and rice, can you replace the garlic/ginger for powder? Or does it not really work
andy be like the ryan reynolds of youtube chefs
Hello from Nova Scotia Canada! Im new to your channel, and totally loving all your videos. I love to cook different things, and found your channel when I decided to dive into the world of home made ramen. Most women collect shoes and purses, I collect knives and cutting boards. Theres something therapeutic for me in meal prep. The chopping, dicing, grating. I love it all. I appreciate that you show your steps, so that beginers can learn each level of putting a dish together. PS my 3 sons loved crunching up dry ramen adding the seasoning and eating it as a snack, so you arent the only one. Cheers
