PARMESAN CRUSTED SALMON 🤪 (GLUTEN FREE OPTIONAL)

Recipe for 2 (6 oz Fillets)

Ingredients:
• 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/4 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs (or regular bread crumbs if you’re not gluten free )
• 2 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 clove garlic, minced
•. 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2. Prepare the Coating: In a small bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, gluten-free breadcrumbs, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix until well combined.
3. Prepare the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
4. Coat the Salmon: Evenly distribute the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture over the top of each salmon fillet, pressing gently to adhere.
5. Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
