For the Yeast Mixture:
200g warm milk
1 tbsp sugar
40g all-purpose flour
10g dry instant yeast
For the Dough:
4 warm eggs
165g sugar
1/2 tsp salt
100g softened butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp rum (or other alcohol)
Zest of 1 lemon
480g-520g all-purpose flour (adjust as needed)
110g raisins (or a mix of raisins and dried cranberries or other fillig)
For the Frosting:
3g gelatin
10g water
100g sugar
30g water
