Dinner with Sandro
I’m all about cooking, in case you were wondering. Cooking for our loved ones…or even just for ourselves is the ultimate super power. Cooking (not eating out) with fresh seasonal ingredients preserves our strength and wellness. Simply cooked and beautifully served foods say “I love you” in a delicious way. So let’s cook dinner together today on Christina Cooks the Macroterranean Way.

  1. Why does the fruits and vegetables look so much better in Europe Christina. I finally made a vegetable soup tonight. Came out so good in my Le Creuset. I sautéed organic onions, garlic, carrots and cauliflower. Then I added the liquid. Simmered it for 30 minutes. Towards the end I added organic baby peas. Lucky no more recalls on carrots so, I got them from Whole Foods. Love to watch you in Italy. Going to try and make my own whole wheat artisan bread, with only 4 ingredients. My friend and I watch you on create tv here in Yonkers, NY. Sad even the farmers market in Union Square park doesn’t look half as good as in this video. I’m trying to find some good raw honey.
