Ingredients:
1 Box of Banza chickpea shells
1 can of prego creamy basil pesto (can be subbed for less calories)
1.25 Lbs of 90/10 Ground Beef
1 Cup Italian blend shredded cheese
Lots can be cut or changed to make this more protein less fat and carb loaded. This just fits within my calories and gives me energy for the day. Love it for lunch or a couple hours before i work out. Season to taste, If you ain’t sneezin’ you ain’t seasoning.

This looks amazing!! I’m going to have to try it next week. I bet with enough seasoning Greek yogurt would be a good sub.
Just needs some peas, carrots, and onion or similar.
