I love how various Asian cuisines (thinking of Japan and S. Korea most) took note of trashy processed beloved cheese products in the USA and were like “there is something here…..we have the technology 🤔”
Edit: guessing it’s definitely an offshoot effect of our military integrating with theirs post-WW2. Very interesting culinary history……Spam is involved too
