Laziest Garlic Shrimp Pasta Recipe

Full Recipe: Spicy Garlic Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients:
• 200g spaghetti (cooked al dente)
• 250g shrimp, deveined and peeled
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
• 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
• Juice of 1 lemon
• Salt & pepper, to taste
• Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
• Lemon zest (for garnish)

Instructions:

Prepare the Pasta: Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté Shrimp: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).

Cook Shrimp: Add shrimp to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until shrimp turn pink (about 2-3 minutes per side).

Deglaze: If using, pour in white wine to deglaze the pan and let it simmer for 1 minute.

Combine: Add the cooked spaghetti, lemon juice, and a sprinkle of lemon zest into the skillet. Toss everything together until well combined.

Garnish & Serve: Top with fresh chopped parsley and additional lemon zest. Serve immediately.
