So I’ve been craving Mac and cheese and my main problem is that I can’t just have a little bit of Mac and cheese so I wanted to come up with a recipe for a large serving of lower cal Mac that didn’t have cottage cheese (cant stand the stuff) and I think this worked out pretty great. It uses carbe diem pasta which I’ve been loving and cheddar cheese powder, which it gives it a very Easy-Mac like taste/texture. I’m not worried about this not having a ton of protein because I get plenty of protein from other meals and this is just meant to fulfill a craving so I don’t end up binging.
