Skip the takeout and make this easy delicious stuffed crust pizza at home! Loaded with gooey cheese and topped with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, black olives, and green peppers — it’s a flavor-packed pizza night you won’t forget!
Easy Stuffed Crust Pizza
1 Fresh Premade Pizza Dough (Kroger)
15-20 Pepperoni
6 sausage patties (crumbled and fried)
2 oz black olives
1 package of sliced white mushrooms
1 14 oz jar of Pizza Sauce
1/2 green pepper
1/2 tbs olive oil
1 package Fresh mozzarella for stuffing the crust(sliced)
1 8 oz package of pizza blend shredded cheese
1 8oz package of shredded mozzarella
4 tsp of garlic paste
Take dough out of refrigerator set on counter in package for 20 min. Then remove from package and set on lightly oiled (1/2 tbs) pizza pan. Fry the sausage and mushrooms. Cut up the green pepper and get all other ingredients ready and set a side . Spread dough out to from a round pizza crust. Take the sliced fresh mozzarella and cut in 4 long pieces, lay on outer part of crust all the way around. When finished roll the dough over the fresh mozzarella , pinch to close all the way around. Squeeze a sm tsp of garlic paste on dough and crust , spread all around until blended. Then add pizza sauce, pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, green peppers, black olives and the 2 packages of 8oz cheese. Bake at 375 for 20-25 min until the cheese bubbles and crust begins to brown . Feel free to switch out toppings to your liking. Enjoy!
