  1. Ehh, looks traditional enough. Just add rice & gochujang and you’re good. Bibimbap is about *bibim* (mixing) so the ingredients don’t really matter too much as long as you’re getting a good meal out of it.

  2. Bibimbap is just mixing veggies and stuff together

    Some people do this to avoid waste as well. Empty out the fridge, dump it in a bowl, add gochujang and a touch os sesame oil and youre golden

    traditional bibimbap = put anything in the pantry/fridge on top of rice and aggressively mix them with a spoon with some gochujang or soy sauce+sesame oil until you feel better or bibimbap tastes great.
