First post! I got hungry again quickly after lunch so that’s when I ate my snacks! Still working on getting my protein up, even on a higher calorie day it’s hard for me to get more than 70g, and when I do get enough protein I don’t get enough fiber. Tacking on the tiny chia pudding helped me hit my fiber for the day. I love seeing everyone else’s low cal protein inspo!
