Hello! I was recently gifted this from a visiting Japanese friend. I can only read English, Korean and German, and Papago is not helping much. It reminds me of 새우젓 (korean salted shrimp) and I would like to buy this again at my local Japanese supermarket but I'm not sure what to look for. Could anyone help me out?

So that’s tsukudani it’s usually fish with maybe seaweed and some other stuff simmered and reduced down. It can be very salty and we usually eat it on top of fresh rice or make onigiri with it. It’s yummy but can sometimes be a bit fishy.
