You did not put chili powder on that steak. Please let me believe that.

Oh my…..oh shit….oh lord is it beautiful I wanna find this steak and steal it like the guy that stole gordon ramsays volcano bread

A good steak doesn’t need seasoning… But that doesn’t mean seasoning can’t make a good steak better B)

What cut of steak is that, friend? Look delish!!

Seriously delicious. Especially 6. Makes me feel funny in a good way

Absolutely perfect cook, makes me want to get up and cook a steak. And I’m intrigued by your spice mix after reading your explanation in these comments, I tend to be pretty minimalist on steak myself.

It’s insane that people are coming at your for seasoning. This looks like a perfectly cooked ribeye, I’d love to see the steaks of these critics

Thought it was just going to be two images: delicious steak and then empty cutting board.

  11. This is a reverse sear, the low temp phase you don’t have to flip as long as setup is proper with even heating.

For a reverse sear method, during the high heat sear phase, you can flip as often as you want. More constant flips generally smaller grey band.

I knew this was gonna look fucking amazing after I recognized that cutting board from previous posts!

Yummy 😋 . Was it spicy? Did you smother it with butter?

I’d be the person to chew the heck out of that bone

I don’t comment in here often, but when I do it’s because it makes my mouth water. Well done, not the steak, but the quality. Damn.

  16. Rageminusenthusiasm

S&P purists up in here criticizing like they ain’t even messed around with garlic&onion powder or a little LEA&Perrins love in their prep&cook.

Oh yum. This looks phenomenal. I have loved restaurant steaks that weren’t half as pretty as this. Love the rub too. Big fan of chilli flakes, powdered… adds such a beautiful warmth and flavour to the crust. 11/10
