How do you have all this leftover delicious meat?

We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!

This is wildly impressive. Is this for personal or commercial use?

Is it only for you or for multiple people?

I’ve been making double batches of taco meat for the past 1.5 months and sticking leftovers in the freezer just for this prep. I usually do bacon, ham, and sausage for breakfast sandwiches so wanted something different for burritos.
Note, not all 180+ are picture in the photo above lol. Half of the batch was in the freezer on cookies sheets firming up so I can vacuum seal them.

This is AWESOME. How long did it take you?!
Looks amazing! How well does the burritos freeze (i.e shelf-life, taste, freezerburn)?
How are you freezing the ‘ritos? How do you reheat the ‘ritos?!
I shouldn’t be this hard at work
how to reheat the chicken one? air fryer or microwave? any idea if frozen one can be taken to office and then heated in microwave there?
My ass would do this and realize when i put the last one in the freezer that i forgot the meat or something.
As a fellow burrito connoisseur… I respect the heck outta your game.
Sorry if this is a dumb question but how does it not get soggy when it’s thawed?
Aesthetic goals right here beautiful work
What’s the quality like at the end of the batch and if you don’t mind what’s your budget look like.
