Lol, is publix dough that tough to stretch?

Stretching dough too aggressively can overdevelop the gluten and make it spring back. If you let it rest for a few minutes, it should get more pliable again

I thought you were adding jellybeans to a pizza.
Is it particularly cold in your kitchen?

Who knew this thing was actually a publix pizza crust
…and I thought I STRUGGLED with flattening dough, Yikes!
Nothing about this Pic is OK. Is there a crime against pizza? No. A crime against food and humanity, possibly.
A trick is to place plastic wrap on top of the dough while stretching it in the pan, will prevent the tensile forces from retracting the dough.
Jelly Beans and pistachios! Are you a ninja turtle?
