What type of cut do you all think this is? It is frozen and I want to see if I can grill it tomorrow.

    I assume it’s a whole beef tenderloin, just kinda folded in half?

    Looks like a Tri Tip to me, but hey I’ve only been cutting meat for a living for the last 44yrs so what do I know.
