Damn. That’s what I’m searching for. So I started making pizza again after a multi-year layoff. I’m not even close to this. So any suggestions you can provide would be great.

Silly question, but how long do you have it on the drying rack before you cut it? Also, do you cut it on the drying rack or move it somewhere else like a cutting board?
