Swordfish is great. That and sturgeon are probably my favorite fish to grill. I don’t go overboard with them. A little salt, a little pepper, a squeeze of lemon on a nice hot oiled grill.

The last time I made swordfish, it had the look, the taste, and the texture of pork chops. Now, grilled pork chops are awesome, so I was cool with that, but it was very strange.

Damn hell yeah! I’ve only had it once, at Sea Captains House in Myrtle Beach, and it was by far the best fish I’ve ever had! Cook looks great!

Swordfish is not my favorite i really don’t like it. However I’ve cooked it many times. I prefer grouper Mahi and tuna. Simple approach salt pepper drizzle olive oil. Finish with butter and lemon

I worked at the seafood department at Whole Foods for years in college. We had a guy come in and get like 2-3 pounds of swordfish every Friday. We knew him and he was friendly to all of us.
After a while Customer began to try different fish, told me when I asked why he changed, “I like swordfish but my doc told me if I kept eating it like that I was gonna lose the ability to walk in about 5 years from all the mercury”
Love swordfish but I always think about that every time I eat it.

I grew up on swordfish, mahi, and yellow fin. They are all hard to beat in their own right. Thankfully I have access to fresh salmon since I get get those fresh.
