Cast iron the entire cook. No thermometer used. Steak was purchased and eaten within 25 minutes. How do you guys like your ribeye? Rare? Medium rare? Medium?

    Crust looks great. Steak pic looks saturated. If you loved it, that’s all that matters. (I love steak sauce and I use it on chicken too, so my opinion is shit obviously.🥰)

    Enjoy it. Perfectly cooked. Nicely seared with rare to medium rare inside. Just depends upon whether it’s cool to the touch. Delicious.

    With ribeye I cook it until the really fatty parts get rendered a bit. Rare and the fat is too yucky. So I prefer a medium rare to medium cook on my ribeye
