I find it fairly easy to save up 150 cals for a dessert, and I’ve been eating a lot of these lately. I was actually surprised at the calories on these. Bonus points, it’s not that “frozen dairy product” it’s actual ice cream. I like having something prepackaged so these work for me! I’m sure it’s the same calories for the other flavors too.
Point of my post is mainly to say that you may want to look at labels of traditional non-diet food more often because it may surprise you how you can fit it into your diet!

I love these and have one almost nightly. The seasonal flavors are so fun… I’m still enjoying the peppermint ones 😆
I love the mint chocolate ones!!
I know that feel and budget my day accordingly too. Last night I ate 33 peanut butter M&Ms. It was … glorious.
👀👀👀👀👀 thank you for your PSA!!
I don’t eat dairy so I can’t have like any of the low calorie dessert options. End up just saving up some calories for the real deal at the end of the night. I usually save 100-200 and have an icecream bar like u!
I like the mini ones too that are 90cal each! I’ve only seen them in vanilla tho, not Neapolitan.
Right?! Always boggles my mind when I see people eating protein desserts in packages 🤢. Just have a small portion of real thing.
I discovered I can have a package of sour strips for “low enough for a treat” 220 cals and it’s made my life much better
I eat at least one regular cookie a day, like a normal oreo or chips ahoy! Really helps with my cravings, even though it’s just one or two bites!
My favorite treat right now is Andes Mints- you can have 4 for 100 calories and they’re so decadent for being so small!
I eat a small individual serving package of Peanut Butter M&Ms when I want a treat. 240 calories. Not often but sometimes, when I really want something. I’d rather have that than something that doesn’t taste great.
I definitely eat a cake pop from Walmart or Costco sometimes lol. They’re like, 150 cals? And they satisfy the cake craving.
I love this take. I have a few non traditional, lower calorie desserts that I rotate.
Gatsby Chocolate Sea Salt Extra Dark Chocolate Bar – 180 cals for the whole bar
Reese’s Puffs Breakfast Cereal Treat Bars – 100 cals
VOORTMAN Bakery Zero Sugar Chocolate Chip Cookies – 80 cals
Great Value Crispy Rice Treats – 80 cals
VOORTMAN Bakery Zero Sugar Fudge Brownie Chocolate Chip – 80 cals

I eat a snickers ice cream bar some evenings. They are delicious and about 180 calories.
EDIT: Oh – tootsie pops! Take a long time to eat, chocolate in the middle, only 60 calories.
Me with jelly beans and gummies lol
I’m a personal trainer but have a huge sweet tooth. Everyone always looks so shocked when I tell them I bake *normal* desserts without added protein or ingredient swaps.
But like why would I want to be sad eating dessert? If I want dessert I want dessert! I have some healthier swaps (Hu chocolate and ice cream for bears) but we bake REAL COOKIES and LOADED BROWNIES in this house
those look so good do they taste good or are they icy like some low cal desserts?
Well yes but I keep sugar in mind
