Lagana is a delicious, soft, and slightly chewy Greek flatbread traditionally baked for Clean Monday (the first day of Lent in the Greek Orthodox Church).

Lagana – Greek Traditional Flat Bread
500gr Bread Flour
300 ml (1 and 1/4 cup) warm water
7 gr yeast (or 1 envelope)
2 Tbs olive oil
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp Salt and 1 Tbsp water
Sesame Seeds
