I’ve never tried this brand but let me say as a guy on his second year of his weight loss journey whenever I’m craving a chip like satisfying feeling, learn when your eating to feel full and eating to do something and your going to go far with these!

I’m not a fan of this flavor. But the Salt & Vinegar are addicting. Non-dairy Nacho is pretty good too.

Is the whole bag 4.5oz? That’s works out to about 133 calories per 28g/1oz serving which is pretty average for chips. For example Tostitos tortilla chips are 140cal per 28g, and cape cod reduced fat kettle chips are 130cal per 28g.
