What You will Need:
6 Tomatoes
1 White Onion
6 Cloves Of Garlic
Salt & Pepper To Taste
Olive Oil
2 Cups Veggie Broth
Basil Paste
1 Tbspn Italian Seasoning
1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
Italian Parsley For Topping

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425 Degrees F.
Wash, quarter, and core tomatoes. Quarter onion and peel garlic. Add to pan and coat veggies with olive oil. Salt and pepper veggies to taste. Roast at 425 Degrees F for 45 minutes. Add to blender along with veggie broth, basil paste, and Italian seasoning. Blend until smooth. BE CAREFUL! Don’t seal blender too tight. Add to a pot set to medium low heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Turn down heat to low and add cream. Taste and adjust salt and pepper to your preference.
