I know there’s no way to accurately estimate with the lack of portion info and not a lot of the food visible in the first meal.
For lunch I went to this build your own poke bowl (chipotle style service) kind of place— can you believe that’s the smallest portion they had? Lmao it was delicious but so much! It was labelled as “two scoops bowl”. I got one scoop white rice and one scoop zoodles for my base, 2 scoops bulgogi chicken. Then scallion, cucumber, spinach, edamame and corn. Then sweet gochu for my sauce. I ate the whole thing and felt really satiated but not in a sick way? Probably the first time in a while I didn’t have any food noise after.
I was planning to just make something small for dinner at home, but my parents ended up taking me to a diner. I got a tuna salad wrap with just lettuce but it came with fries and uhhh i forget what it’s called but you see it in the pic lol. And a pickle that I did not eat. I was only gonna eat the wrap, but I kinda lost control and ate the entire thing (again, w the exception of the pickle).
Part of me doesn’t even wanna track but I am curious if you think this is above 2500? Either way it’s fine, I enjoyed yummy food and tomorrow is a new day, but I am curious if you

Unless you are more comfortable over estimating, i definitely do not think these two meals equal 2500 calories. Maybe im underestimating? but id say more 1500 to 2000. The fries are hefty in cals ofc but the other options you chose are decent choices. Also consider where these calories come from, it’s not empty junk garbage. Spinach, cucumber, edamame and corn are great veggies. Rice is a good carb, chicken is a great protein and so is tuna. This isn’t a FAIL lol I’ve seen much worse, also sooo yummy so no matter what, all good!
I’d say around 1500-1700 absolutely max
Sorry the text ends abruptly in my original post, I didn’t mean to do that! I was just in a rush and didn’t reread anything I typed. Also the word I forgot was coleslaw. I never remember that word for some reason
2k max. Probably 1800
If I were you, I would definitely log them as that. Not because I think there’s any shot that they’re actually that much, but bc I would be paranoid about extra oil and stuff otherwise. Rounding up keeps me sane and gives me a generous timeline for when I’ll return to a net deficit.
that wrap and fries looked worth it tho js
Sometimes for stuff like this I just log 1000 knowing its probably wrong but at least it’s something, accepting stuff is not 100% accurate even if I could weigh everything has been pretty freeing to me
