I realized that almost half of my calories come from snacking. I have been doing this for a week and I’m not sure it’s sustainable. Any recommendations to cut down on snacking?

    If it works for you I wouldn’t worry about it. If it’s not working then just stop eating the snacks and eat at meal times

    I have a question on this app I use it to count calories but I don’t want the feature where it minuses your exercise burnt calories how did you turn this off?
