Found a 25lb bag of onions on the side of the road. You bet your bottom dollar I am taking those bad boys home and chopping them up.
Making half into caramelized onions and the rest are being frozen for soups later.
Average week.

I read the title several times as Red Onions – but they say yellow on the bag! 🤦🏻
