Where can I find real viet coconut coffee with the little toasted coconut chips?

After a visit to Vietnam, I've been converted to coconut coffee.

I've tried a few places with "coconut coffee" and it's always a westernized version.

I'm looking for something that resembles this, specifically with the coconut chips, not shredded coconut.

The closer to downtown core the better, but willing to travel a bit.
