    Lots of healthy choices but where’s your protein?? I’m afraid yogurt isn’t going to be enough to keep you full! It seems you might be vegetarian, so I’d strongly recommend adding legumes (beans, lentils, etc) and tofu to your diet to make sure you’re getting your protein in. =)

    Love the big bag of frozen veg – I love mixing that was cooked brown rice, salsa, and a dollop of plain greek yogurt. I add chicken to mine, but black beans would work just as well!

    God I wish I had Kroger here. I can never find huge bags of frozen veggies like that. Except broccoli, which I always get when I see a pillow sized bag of it. 3 pounds of fajita veggies would make my WEEK.
