  1. Just another horror story! I tried almond flour for the 2 ingredient tortilla and the bagel. NOT GOOD

  2. I would try whole wheat flour so at least there’s some fiber. But I’m also confused. Her demo and her recipe ingredients are not the same. Which is correct???

  4. I make this every week with almond flour, with some tweaks. I use 2 cups of almond flour, 1TBS baking powder and 1 cup of greek yogurt. Sometimes I'll add a little ranch seasoning. I've tried cooking it stovetop, and it was a massive fail! So I form it into a loose square and put on parchment lined baking sheet. When patting out onto your baking sheet, keep your hands wet so it doesn't stick too much and is easier to work. Then I top with an egg wash and sesame seeds (not necessary), and bake in my toaster oven at 350 for about 20 minutes, or until it gets to the color I want. Once cooled, I cut into four squares, and then slice it open to toast. I don't think it's good unless you toast it. I put it back in the toaster oven on bake at around 300 until it's a little brown and crispy. Low and slow gives you the best crunch. It's so good crispy! I top it with egg salad and eat it open faced.
