For the Corned Beef Hash
RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
Heat up a non stick skillet and add about 2-3 tbsp. butter. Add contents from the can and cook on a medium to high heat so the potatoes and beef get crunchy and brown.
In the meantime make biscuits or a biscuit hoe cake and serve the corned beef along side with biscuits and gravy.

Gravy for two:
1/4 cup butter melted in skillet
Add 1/3 cup of flour and cook until flour is light brown
Add 2 cups milk and using a whisk stir until thickened.
Remove from heat and pour it in a 4 cup glass measuring cup with a pour spout.
Serve the biscuits by crumbling the up, top them with the gravy and corned beef.
DELICIOUS!

  1. Hormel is my favorite too.❤I like mine fried also. I've never tried it with butter, but will now. 😉
My Nannie taught me to make milk gravy using bacon grease instead of crisco or butter. 😋😋

  2. This is taking way too much time!!. Too much talking and taking too long cooking. Don't want too much time to make a simple dish!!!

  3. I love that brand of corned beef hash too! But because it's just me I buy the half can sized, which is great as I can't eat a whole can by myself 😊I just slice up potato's and chopped onions then add the half can of corned beef hash AND I like a little spice so I ad a small can of diced greed chilis. I also make my own flour tortilla's and make a nice burrito out of it all! Yummo!

  4. Hi Tammy, I am definitely going to try the fried Corned beef hash.
It so nice to see you trying your food. There are other YouTubers that don’t even eat.
    God bless you & Chris

  5. I chop onion, fry it, and add the canned Corned Beef, then fry eggs and put on top of each serving. My husband loves it more than I do. 😍. Love your chats! You are adorable! ❤️

  6. Great video as always. I watched even though I don't like corned beef hash. It smells like canned dog food. BUT!!! You never know when I might need to cook it for someone else. Knowledge is power! I'm a white washcloth gal too and I change out my towels and washcloth every morning before starting my day.

  7. I fry my corned beef hash and then 2 eggs over easy on top so the yolk is all in the hash. Best ever! Even better if biscuits and gravy on the side

  8. Our favorite way to eat canned corned beef is to brown it and chopped onion in a nonstick fry pan with a little oil. Once it gets somewhat crispy and the onions soften, top it with some shredded cheddar cheese and cover it until the cheese melts. Serve it with eggs over medium. So yummy.

  9. That is why I use white wash rags, white towels, white hand, towels, and dish rags. I will buy them. I don’t care if I bleach them out you know when you would wash your dishes with I bleach everything like that. And I have a set of white sheets so if for some reason my husband or I have had a surgery I use those so I can bleach them. And I originated in the south also. Lol first time to find your video, so thanks.

  10. My hubby was a ketchup eater on spaghetti, green beans, potatoes, and most meats. If I have to eat scrambled eggs I usually put ketchup on them.
Your hair is so beautiful 🤩 I love the color and texture of it and the way you put it up. You have certainly lost a lot of weight too, pretty lady! ❤❤

  11. I am and have been subscribed for years. Your videos are awesome, thank you so very much for sharing them. ❤Su

  12. The thing is when you touch your food after not rinsing them your going to get soap residue on your food I'm just picky that way and i always rinse my dishes really well i don't want to taste soap 🙂 I cannot eat carabeef hash without ketchup and i also dunk my bananas in ketchup if I'm having a banana with my breakfast 🙂

  13. Silly question maybe, but what size is the cast iron skillet you put your biscuit in? This is MY kind of meal. I cook my corned beef hash the same way. It has to be fried and crispy.

  14. I love your "live" you tube videos, they are real and I feel like I'm sitting at your counter watching. I search every couple of days to see if I've missed any. So glad to see you cook the hoe cake, I have used southern biscuit Formula L since I first saw you use it , it's the only way I make biscuits now. It's 10 at night and now you got me craving hoe cake like my Mama made just like this. Be blessed Tammy as you bless so many others with your conversation with us. Thankful y'all were spared damage from the tornadoes last week, Ms. Lori did a great live video about their experience and close call, she and Mr. Brown and grandson had to go under house in crawl space til tornado passed. No damage to house but still no power as of yesterday.

  15. Thank you! I’ve never had canned corned beef hash and didn’t know how to fix it. I can’t wait to try it now! Just because something is simple, it still helps to see how to do it. ❤😊

  16. Hi Tammy ! I love Corned Beef Gravy and Biscuit or Corn Bread. My Chicken eggs get dirty as well. The clean ones I give away to needy. God has provided for all. I wish I was there to eat with you. I put my Hash on top of Gravy. My Cosin always served with Slice of tomatoe when in season. I just love my Me time. Lv and Prayers to all.❤

  17. I've been married for 33 years, and canned corned beef hash and eggs have been one of my husband's favorites for all of these years. And I've been fixing it all wrong, with no sear at all to bring out the good tastes. Thank you Tammy!!! Love ya!

  18. browned and crispy hash is the only way to go! i use my cast and make sure it browns good, stir it up good, then pop it under the broiler to brown it up real good so i don't get popped too bad! hubby likes it best when i mix in x-tra diced onions thanks for your videos love ya 😀

  19. Hi Tammy. Idk how I keep missing your videos. I’m not from the south so maybe that’s why I don’t like it but I can’t do hash. I’ll eat the eggs & biscuits though. 😊

  20. I wanted you to know I appreciate you I got the biscuit formula with butter milk made me and my husband a hoe cake thank you Tammy

  21. Have you ever tried an over easy egg on the top of the hash? It is so delicious! And you could use your eggs! I wish we had the biscuit mix in our area, I have to rely on Bisquik 😢. I just found your channel recently and I absolutely love it! Take care!
