  1. Most cherry tomatoes are too acidic…do you have a type you grow that are not so acidic?..been trying to find a sweeter version but not successfull so far

  2. Yes, please we have tried the tomatoes, cream cheese pasta we found it absolutely delicious & have added to our many other recipes. We have also tried the glazed balsamic vinegar again a favourite now l wont have to buy this either. Thank you so much for sharing your delicious recipes have aa wonderful day

  3. Hi Stacey. I'm going to make this glaze as I love all things Balsamic .
    Love your Videos.
    Judy from Australia ❤

  4. Hi Stacy. I made your husband's childhood-inspired tuna bake yesterday (with celery and layer of red peppers 🌶️) – surprisingly delicious. Thanks so much for an easy and economical recipe. On my recent holiday to NZ i discovered the joy of a well made beef pie. Would you consider showing the world how these can be made at home? They cannot be bought- in Ireland at least. Thanks for all the fun recipies. Im waiting for the summer to kick in before attempting the Balsamic reduction. 💚🇳🇿🌎☮️

  5. I can buy this in the super market here in Germany ,its called Balsamic creme. There is also an orange flavoued one.,which I haven´t tried yet. I shall now have a go at making it myself. Thanks very much Stacey.❤ xx

  6. That balsamic glaze looked delicious. It would be lovely on chicken or a pizza. I think i would have toasted the bread first. Those French sticks go rock hard so quickly!

  7. I've never been one too cotton onto Balsamic Vinegar or glaze or whatever you want to call it!! But that actually looks healthy!! Although I can't help but wonder though…are we ever going to see your garden?? LOL!!

  8. Yep, I will definitely be making the balsamic glaze. I haven't made the party dance pasta yet, so we'll have it this weekend with the glaze. Yum, can't wait.

I first tried bruschetta about 35 years ago in an Italian restaurant near my old workplace. We were good customers, always taking clients there for business lunches and so on, so the owner kindly gave us a lesson in how to make it. I've made it his way ever since, as soon as the fresh basil grows in my garden each summer. It's a family tradition now. 😄

  9. I got interrupted so many times trying to watch this video. I just finished at 1.00am and now I am starving.
Will be gathering what I need for the glaze tomorrow. Thank you Stacey.❤

  10. Thank you. It's the first day of spring here in Canada 🇨🇦. I can't wait to get my garden in and harvest tomatoes and veggies.
I would love if you did more reduction recipes. Enjoy all your videos.

  11. Just goes to show differences in cooks, recipes and tastes …we never add tomatoes to guacamole…just avocado…onion…jalapeño, lime juice, salt and cilantro ….. love bruschetta… but I’ve never been a fan of balsamic vinegar….i prefer red wine in its place…. And of course the BEST olive oil I can find! We also usually just serve it with tortilla chips instead of crostini…. yummmm…can’t wait for the summer harvest here!

  12. Morena Stacey 🤗 oh yes! I love this sort of food!😋… I love food period lol. Like you , I’ve had an abundance of cherry tomatoes? But the yellow ones and home grown basil. I’ve bought some red cherry tomatoes, so we’ll have 2 colours I reckon. This will be lunch today for sure 😋🤗. Thanks gurl for the inspiration!! Oh and definitely will be making the balsamic reduction of course.. yummy, have a great day Stacey!

  13. Hey Stacey, I just bought a block of Mainland tasty aged cheese. Only came in a 500g block instead of the usual 1 kg block of the Aussie cheese I normally buy so it cost me more. Seeing as you're my favourite youtuber and my favourite cousin across the ditch and my most favourite person all out, I thought I'd give it a go. "Awesome New Zealand produce" pressure is on Stace !!! 😉

  14. I have hve softened up baguette by running it under tap water for several seconds then wrapped it in foil and popped it in the oven (350°F) for about 5-10 minutes. Comes out perfectly! I'll be making your easy balsamic glaze soon, it looks wonderful. I make a tomato bruschetta but now I need to make your feta one. It looks yummy!

  15. When I saw the thumbnail I was thinking it looks like something you’d get in a cafe, then you mentioned you used to work at cafes, so it makes sense. This looks sooo good and I think I’ll give it a go this weekend!

  16. Thank you for showing me how to make the most awesome glaze ever Stace🤗🤗🤗more reduction recipe's please, and love your homemade Piggy apron that the lady made for you🐷🐽🐷🤗♥️👍lots of hugs from Aussie Land💞

  17. I bought some “nonnas balsamic “$9.99 in central Oregon and ran out so I made a quick version from rice vinegar, oyster sauce and brown sugar. But I really wanted an easier version with fewer ingredients!! Can’t wait to try this.

  18. I use this to drizzle over a stir fried rice with fresh ginger mmmmmm
Can’t wait to make my own! I’d love to see how you make additional reductions with different ideas of how to use them!

  19. I see you live in Raglan so the Costco quite a distance from you. I got heaps of different pumpkins from the garden, some new idea's and recipes would be nice. Love glace.

  20. Another bruschetta recipe which utilises balsamic glaze for you all – pesto spread on your baguette, sautéed mushrooms, shaved Parmesan, grilled and finished with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
    Definitely a “wow” bruschetta….

  21. Piggy apron is awesome❤ ooh i love the tomato, onion, basil and parmesan cheese one, looks so tasty. Thank you Stacey😊

  22. Just been watching your video
    YUM
