Recipe:

• 2 cups of milk
• 1 cup of rice flour
• Sugar to taste
• Rosewater to taste (For example, three tablespoons will be enough)

Instructions:

1. Mix rice flour with cold milk until smooth.
2. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
3. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly.
4. Once thickened, add rosewater and continue stirring until creamy.
5. Serve warm or chilled, topped with pistachios, cinnamon, or saffron.

I used the same rose buds used to make the rosewater in the Fereni. You can also garnish with pistachios, cinnamon, or saffron for extra flavor and beauty.
