So, it’s is my first time growing tomatoes and I have seedlings! I’m very excited! But I was wondering, when is the right time to transfer seedlings to their own pots? I had to moved them out of the jiffy greenhouse cause they’re too tall now.

I would say when the first leaves start to appear. Take that white lining off when you transplant and plant the stem deep so it can develop new roots. I wouldn’t personally recommend those jiffy pucks, 1. Overpriced 2. The white lining probably doesn’t disintegrate when transplanting leading to root bound 3. Lack of nutrients in those jiffy pucks. I hope this helps and happy farming!

  2. When you do repot them, you can bury like half if not more of those stems. Tomato seedlings will root from the stems when buried
