  2. Did you still toast it? Hopefully it doesn’t hurt your toof too much and was soft enough. Bleu cheese and kimchi sounds like a good combo; Monterey to round it out I see. Do you prefer cooked or cold kimchi? Sometimes cold is a good topping that contrasts with temperature while cooked is slimy and vice versa. There were picked onions in my gf’s Cava today and that would probably be fire as a pickle alternative. Another job well done Sourdough guy, get some rest :).

    When I had my wisdom teeth out I warned them that I might have to be restrained because I’m highly resistant to local anesthesia and my acute pain reflex is…. extreme, to put it gently. Turns out it’s a really good thing I mentioned it cause the nurse went to consult someone and came back to tell me that they could actually just put me all the way under because it qualifies as a safety precaution at that point. It saved all of us a lot of stress and discomfort.
