New breakfast obsession 😍

Apples and water on the stove to soften/sweeten.

Add Cinnamon and oats dry into the apples and add water accordingly.

I topped with banana, blueberries and honey

I add all this on top of 100g of Greek yoghurt

    I’m lucky if I can do quick cook oats in the microwave and dice some apple to throw in them, along with cinnamon and brown sugar.

    I used to add a tiny bit of maple syrup and some craisins but I got too lazy. That and even the low sugar craisins have a ton of calories.
