I had the ingredients to make Zaalouk and a whole plan to share it. But then I got sick. Today, I crossed the Zaalouk finish line today with the help of my neighbor, Laura! (and no help at all from Mr. Bear)
We ate this delicious Zaalouk with olives, hummus, and sourdough bread. YUM!
