Armenian Pizza
Recipe:
For the dough:
-200 g type 00 flour,
-100 – 120 ml water,
-1 teaspoon salt
Knead well, leave the dough to rest, then roll out very thinly. Prick evenly with a fork. For the filling:
-300 g ground beef (preferably fatty)
-2 tomatoes
-1 onion
-3 cloves garlic
-1 tablespoon tomato paste
-a bunch of parsley
-1 teaspoon mint
-1/3 teaspoon black peppercorns
-1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
-1/2 teaspoon ground dried paprika
-1/2 teaspoon cumin
-1/3 teaspoon chilli
-1/3 teaspoon sweet smoked paprika
Finely chop the onion and tomatoes, press the garlic through a press, add to the meat along with the spices, mix well.
