Restaurant dont always keep up on quality control when they don’t ever see the customer. This is the reason I don’t do food delivery services. People take advantage of the disconnect between service and customer, and when you complain, you complain to the delivery service, not the restaurant that receives none of the blame for what is completely their fault.
