But this photo looks HEAVILY post processed. Judging by the texture of the inside and the splotches of red I’d bet this looks medium rare in person.

Medium rare to medium is what it looks like to me. You’ve got some outer creep which makes me thing this is medium. Either way, this is not raw and not a blue steak. Looks yummy!
