Date says use/freeze by 4.22.25, are these dark spots suspect?

    Doesn’t look weird to me. I’d say trust your nose. If it doesn’t throw you off immediately and undeniably, then I would eat it. Probably ginger beef for me, with it cut that way.

  2. As long as it doesn’t smell like rotten eggs/sulfur, it should be safe to eat.

  3. The darkness is from the meat touching itself so it can’t oxidize hence the dark colour
