Hello guys
My wife and I will travel Japan this year and would like to try out a few Michelin star restaurants.
We are seasoned diners and want to experience as much as possible. To make it financially feasible, the choice is to eat Prix fix menus in different restaurants and cities.

We will be visiting Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Kobe and Kanazawa.

Thanks for the support in advance!

To thank you further I attached a dinner menu from EquiTable(*) in Zürich, which is highly recommended.

Lunch set meals tend to be the same price as dinner at many Japanese establishments so it won’t save you much money if that is a main objective…

Also you’ll be limiting yourself a lot because many places won’t be open for lunch…

Definitely check out Makinoncî in Kanazawa. Amazing meal. Kibatani for sushi.

In Tokyo I love Gendai Saryo, small under the radar French technique spot. Masashi for sushi.
