Two Happy Meals have landed at international McDonald’s restaurants. However, neither have been confirmed for the fast-food giant’s eateries on U.S. shores.

The Grinch Meal brings socks, dill pickle french fries to McDonald’s Canada
Available starting Dec. 3, The Grinch Meal at McDonald’s Canada offers the choice of a Big Mac, 10-piece Chicken McNuggets or McChicken sandwich, with the new Dill Pickle McShaker Fries and a medium drink. It also includes a pair of exclusive mismatched Grinch socks, according to information from McDonald’s Canada. The Dill Pickle McShaker Fries include a packet of dill pickle seasoning to add to the bag of fries and shake to coat.
The meal is a partnership between McDonald’s Canada and Dr. Seuss Enterprises.
Food influencer mnmtwinz posted that The Grinch Happy Meal also is available in Italy and the United Kingdom, with different toys.

Frozen hot chocolate McFlurry: With Grinch packaging, the Frozen hot chocolate McFlurry is made with “rich cocoa powder and mini marshmallows swirled into smooth vanilla soft serve,” according to McDonald’s Canada. Grinch Happy Meal: For the youngsters, this meal features Grinch and Max plush toys and matching games. If your need for a Grinch meal is overwhelming, you’ll need to get around Lake Erie.
Windsor, Ontario, just across the border from Detroit, or Fort Erie, Ontario, across from Buffalo, New York, are the closest crossings into Canada, depending on where you are in the state.
The border crossing into Canada via Windsor (near Detroit) is roughly 53 miles from the Ohio-Michigan border.
Meanwhile, the Fort Erie crossing via Buffalo is about 130 miles from the Ohio-Pennsylvania border at Interstate 90.
McDonald’s x Pokémon collaboration starting in France
Meanwhile, McDonald’s France will start adding Pokémon card booster packs to its Happy Meals starting Dec. 4.
This year’s McDonald’s x Pokémon collaboration is themed around the Year of the Dragon and will feature 15 cards to collect, The Gamer reports. Food influencer mnmtwinz shared on Instagram that McDonald’s France teased the collaboration on social media by posting a Big Mac Pokémon card, but then deleted the image.
There’s no word yet on when or if the Pokemon collaboration will come to the U.S. Mnmtwinz speculates it won’t be until 2025, if at all.

What’s in a Happy Meal?
