In this special episode, Dada and I cook a delicious and *hatke* Soya Badi in Peri Peri Sauce—plated in 3 different ways. And when it comes to Soya Badi, our go-to choice is always *Fortune Soya Badi* for the best taste, texture & nutrition.

While we cook, we dive deep into:
– His *first time ever cooking on camera*
– His love for food and what he enjoys eating
– Hilarious and unheard stories about *Sachin, Dhoni, Sehwag, Dravid*
– How Indian cricket has evolved over the years
– The *ongoing IPL*, family life, and some fun pranks

From cheering for *DADA* as a kid to having him cook beside me in *my* kitchen – this episode is incredibly special to me. It’s a full-circle moment and I hope it brings a smile to your face too.

  5. The best soya recipes I usually make with Fortune Soya is my favourite Sunday breakfast of Soya Tikka with mint chutney 😅

  6. My hatke style recipe would be
    'Tandoori Soya Badi Popcorn'.
Would I have to give the full recipe or only food name for the giveaway?

  7. I am from West Bengal and I loved watching dada on the YFL show and learned many things about cooking plus life lessons from dada.
My favourite part of the video was when dada said the incident of crocodile meat.

  8. You cook well when you cook with Dada, a legend himself. Fantastic episode. Loved watching it. And I myself use Fortune soya chunks always. No other brand.

  9. Where BCCI stand today financially majority of credit goes to late Jagmohan dalmiya
Where Indian team stand today majority of credit goes to Saurav Ganguly who brought agression in this team.❤

  10. Entire family is huge Ganguly fan! Great interview. Here's my hatke recipe:

    In short
Soya chunks in cooked paste of mustard seeds and khus khus. Add pineapple chunks and roasted peanuts.

    Detailed recipe
-In 2 tbsp hot mustard oil, fry 1 sliced onion and tejpatta till onion is golden brown.
-Add paste of 1 tbsp mustard seeds and 1.5 tbsp khus khus seeds (both pre-soaked in water for 30 mins) along with 1 tbsp grated coconut and 2 green chillies
    -Add 1 tsp haldi powder.
-After frying masala, add salt as per taste and little sugar
-Add 1 cup water and bring to a boil
-Add 1 cup of boiled and squeezed soya chunks.
    -Add pineapple chunks.
-Cover and cook for 5 mins.
-Sprinkle crushed roasted peanuts and chopped hara dhaiya leaves and it's ready to serve!

  14. 2mins into the video. Although he is one of the most celebrated Bengali, he isn't the best person to speak about Bengali food.

  15. My brother works for one of the biggest steel companies in India. They had dada as a speaker in one of their corporate events. He said that one of the best things about dada is his aura. When he speaks, you genuinely want to listen.
I didn't really understand him until I saw this. He was right.

For the soya, one of the absolute best experiences of my teenage years was eating street style desi chinese fried rice with soya chunks in it. 😋

  16. Dada is an emotion for us 90s kids ,those litreally were the golden times for us , THAT WAS GOD SQAUD OF 2003
