    I’m jealous. That’s like $80-$90 worth at my Sams club. My costcos steaks are usually about 2x the price of my Sams club

    So i got to ask, WTF is up with everyone slicing steaks up like a brisket? Is that just for showing it off or do yall actually serve it like that?

    I cut off the bite I’m actually going to eat, I’m eating the entire steak why would I cut it all up before I eat it?

    Your steaks look amazingggggg. Please. What is your trick to your amazing looking crust. From time you pull out your steak from the fridge to finish. I would appreciate any help. I come nothing close to this. Omg.
